How do I get a price?

Every job is custom, so send your details through our Get a Quote page and we'll price it exactly — garments, design, and quantity all factor in.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes — 12 pieces per design for screen printing.

How much are set-up and artwork?

Set-up is always FREE. Artwork is free when your design is print-ready — if it needs real work, we'll quote that upfront. No surprises.

How long will my order take?

Standard turnaround is about 2 weeks once your artwork is approved.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes — 50% to start your order, balance due at pickup. We take cash, Zelle, and card.

What kind of file do you need for my design?

Vector files are best — AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG. A high-res PNG (300 dpi, transparent background) works too. Only have a JPG or a photo? Send it anyway and we'll tell you what it needs.

Can I bring my own shirts or hats?

Yes — we print and stitch on customer-provided garments too.

Do you deliver or ship?

Both. Free local delivery in Lake Elsinore, and we ship nationwide — shipping is quoted with your order.

Can you rush an order?

Tell us your date and we'll let you know honestly if we can hit it.
